Yes. We can claim vat on fuels ,if they are used for business purposes.

Yes, you can claim VAT on petrol expenses for business use fully in the UAE. However, company-bought motor vehicles that are used for the personal activities of a person employed by the company are not eligible for VAT recovery in UAE
