Yes, in the UAE, freelancers are generally required to pay VAT if their annual turnover exceeds the mandatory threshold, which was AED 375,000 as of my last knowledge update in September 2021. However, tax regulations can change, so consult a local tax advisor or the Federal Tax Authority for current requirements.

yes, if your taxable revenue for the year exceeds 375,000 AED. If not, you are exempt from filing taxes.

If you are running a freelance business in the UAE, you may be required to register for VAT and charge VAT on your services if your annual taxable supplies exceed the mandatory registration threshold ie,AED 375,000

If you are a freelancer in the UAE and your revenues generated from the freelancing business are AED 375,000 or more, you are eligible for VAT filing. If your taxable supplies reach at least 187,500 AED, which is the VAT threshold for freelancers for voluntary registration, you can register voluntarily.

Yes, even if you are a freelancer running a business in UAE, you are subjected to register for VAT if your annual taxable turnover exceeds AED 375,000.
